Share A Trainer Sessions (2 People):
- 1 One hour session @ $ 40.00 each person
- 4 One hour Sessions @ $140.00 each person, prepaid ($20.00 savings each)
Training packages include:
- Phone/In person/email consultation and completion by client of enrollment forms by providing fitness goals, current exercise details and available equipment, personal stats, health and history questionnaires, legal forms and payment.
- Body composition and optional before and after photos.
- Help with meal planning, recipes, fitness and diet tips.
- Re-assessment upon completion done on last training session.
- Motivational Support and unlimited access to your trainer via email/phone and messaging for the duration of your training.

Always consult your physician before beginning any weight loss or exercise program! The need for a medical release/exam by your physician depends upon your age and health history. This will be determined during your initial fitness assessment.
In order to secure your training dates and times, full payment is due at initial fitness assessment session. All sessions are prepaid cash or check payable to Janet Thomas or Get Jacked With Janet.Training sessions are by appointment only. Please kindly give at least 24 Hours notice for any cancellations. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as a session.
